Built with guidance from those who've operated, scaled, and optimized real kitchens.
Our Team

Andrey Teleguz
Founder & CEO
Andrey is an operator and builder with a background in hospitality design, construction, and business operations. He founded SCOPOS Hospitality Group and has led the development of multiple ventures across design, execution, and technology.
His work is grounded in direct exposure to kitchen operations, where he identified the lack of objective data as a core constraint in how decisions are made. OpLytics was built from that gap — to bring measurable, continuous insight into how kitchens actually perform.
He leads the company across product, strategy, and deployment, with a focus on building systems that scale across operators, facilities, and portfolios.

Nikita Popov
Co-Founder & COO
Nikita leads operations, development, and deployment of the OpLytics platform. He has managed the system from initial architecture through full implementation and rollout across live environments.
His background includes engineering, consulting, and operational leadership, with experience executing complex technology deployments in large-scale industrial settings.
At OpLytics, he is responsible for system performance, scalability, and execution — ensuring the platform operates reliably across sites and translates into consistent, real-world outcomes.

Artur Bagdasaryan
AI Integration Architect
Artur brings a background in systems integration, capital strategy, and technology deployment across operating businesses. Through his work with Covenant Capital, he has focused on structuring and implementing solutions that bridge technology with real-world operations.
At OpLytics, he leads AI integration and system architecture, ensuring that data captured at the kitchen level translates into usable intelligence across platforms and organizations. His work focuses on connecting operational data to decision-making systems, enabling scalable deployment across multi-site environments.

Matt Schuler
Director of Culinary Systems
Matt brings deep operational experience in commercial kitchen environments, with a focus on execution, workflow, and real-world performance.
At SCOPOS Hospitality Group, he has led culinary development across a wide range of projects, translating design into functional, high-performing kitchen operations. His work bridges the gap between concept, layout, and day-to-day execution.
At OpLytics, Matt ensures the platform reflects how kitchens actually operate — grounding data, analytics, and system outputs in real culinary workflows. He plays a critical role in aligning the technology with operator behavior, ensuring insights are practical, relevant, and deployable at scale.
